A Celebration Of Bob Dylan – The Stables Theatre and Arts Centre

Together, and with friends chosen from Hastings’ vibrant music scene, they present ‘A Razor’s Edge’ – a celebration of the incredible music, lyrics and legacy of Bob Dylan.

Performing some of the hits that defined a generation, alongside lesser known masterpieces from Dylan’s 65 year career, Danny & Jason attempt to unmask the enigma and reveal the depth and scope of the world’s greatest songwriter.

JASON MCNIFF is a troubadour who has made eight albums which people call Folk, or Americana, or Alt. Country. There is an Englishness in his guitar playing however, and you might like to think of Bert Jansch or Wizz Jones meeting John Prine & Townes Van Zandt. His latest album ‘Everything’s a Song’ received rave reviews with MOJO magazine calling him ‘The UK’s premier finger picking guitarist’

DANNY HORN is an musician, published poet and actor, having worked extensively in film, television and theatre – notably winning acclaim as Ray Davies in the award winning, ‘Sunny Afternoon’ in the West End. He’s also the founder of local band, ‘Danny Horn & The Shared Myths’ playing regularly in Hastings and London and are about to release their third album. Danny’s music has been likened to ‘Early Nick Cave crossed with the humour of John Prine and Loudon Wainwright.
