Our dairy cheese tours are now open!

We have teamed up with Stephen at “Cheese Tours” who has created a new cheese experience and cheese tasting at our award winning Sussex dairy.

Cheese lovers rejoice. If you’ve ever wondered how your favourite hard or soft cheese is made, now’s your chance to find out. At the award-winning High Weald Dairy on the outskirts of Horsted Keynes, expert cheese makers will show you how it’s done on a day-long cheese making course. If coming by train, get off at Haywards Heath station and take a 15-minute taxi ride to the dairy. Courses include a tour of the dairy, hands-on cheese making lesson, cheese tasting and homemade lunch. It seems (cheese) dreams really do come true.
