Chilli and Gin Festival – Portsmouth

The UK's first Chilli and Gin Festival comes to Portsmouth in 2021 at one of the city's most iconic venues - Fort Purbrook. Whether you're a chilli enthusiast, a food fanatic or a straight-up gin addict, this event is sure to be great fun for all the family.

You'll be able to sample and buy chilli- and gin-themed products from one of the 100+ stalls, ranging from the long-standing professionals to the more artisan, with both local and national brands available. Alternatively, you could be one of those stallholders!

Entertainment will come in the form of live bands, a fully stocked bar and a dedicated children's area (including face painting, bouncy castles and more) for the kids. You can also look forward to the super spicy chilli-eating competition – and even take part if you're feeling brave enough! There will also be a host of cooking and cocktail-making demonstrations.

In total there will be over 3,000 chilli plants, with free samples to try before you buy. There will be artisan craft items on sale - and if that wasn't all, dogs are welcome too!

The organisers pledge to do all they can to make this 2 day festival a super fun day out with friends or family.
