9am Arrival - Tea and Welcome Chat
9.30 Yoga with Dipu
11am Nutrition talk and salad jar making with Chloe Myers from The Be Plan
(Please bring 5x600ml jars with you and we'll advise you after booking which ingredient to bring .)
12pm A wholesome lunch prepared by Dipu
1.15 Grounded Meditation - David will hold a mindfulness and meditation session in the studio to help you relax and unwind ready for the weekend
2.30pm Guests depart
