This event kicks off the jazz season with a tour of Jazz and Swing classics – all the way from Ellington’s It don’t Mean a Thing, via Glenn Miller’s iconic tune: In the Mood, to hits by Etta James, Caro Emerald and Amy Winehouse. Fabulous singer Lelia di Domenico brings the full wealth of her stage performances in musical theatre to breathe life into every song she sings. Friday 3 September: Café Society plays Hot Friday with Lauren Hynes
Lauren has been wowing audiences since she first appeared on stage at the age of seven and has been singing ever since! Her repertoire extends from jazz classics, through soul, film music and musical theatre. This is the most soulful blues voice you will hear this side of New Orleans!
