Event Description

A guided foraging walk focusing on the abundance of foraged food and medicine in Spring!

DATE: SUNDAY 9TH MARCH 2025

TIME: 10:30-1PM

LOCATION: The Reynolds Retreat, Sevenoaks, Kent.

During this walk we will be focusing on spring greens and the first spring flowers for food, tinctures and folk medicines. You will hear about common folktales, the many uses of each plant and the workshop will end with a foraged tea over the fire.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing, and feel free to bring a basket to collect samples and a notebook or camera/phone to record some of the information shared.
