Spend the day with us learning how nutrition, yoga and meditation techniques can help manage fatigue and get ourselves ready for winter.
Held at the beautiful Tillingham Wines in East Sussex, join Caelia from Cinque Yoga and Sonja from Rye Nutritional Therapy for a day of relaxation, yoga, mediation and delicious food.
Focusing on how we can manage fatigue and prepare ourselves for the winter months, the day will start with a delicious breakfast before we move onto a discussion about how the foods we do, or don't eat can impact our energy levels, immunity and general well-being.
A gentle yoga session, suitable for all levels (do not worry if you have never done yoga before, Caelia caters for everyone) takes place in the Oast Room before you come back to continue the conversations over a delicious 2 course lunch - prepared by the fantastic team at Tillingham Wines.
Weather dependant, we will then take a mindful walk through the vines, before we head back for a short session on self-care: breathing and postural tricks we can use to re-energise ourselves throughout the day as well as self-massage tricks to help alleviate aches and pains.
We finish with a candle-lit meditation, leaving you relaxed and ready to face anything!
