Event Description
Our picturesque Square and historic Norman Church create the perfect setting for our lively SUMMER market, which grows more popular every year.
To celebrate reopening after a year of closure, our Church Bellringers will open the market with a joyous peal of bells, there'll be lively entertainment from the Pennyroyal Clog Dancers and our characterful Elham Scarecrows will line the village to welcome you in. Handmade crafts and gifts will be located inside St Mary's Church alongside their popular Chancel Cafe selling teas, coffees, soup and sandwiches.
Our food and drink stalls outside in the Square will include fragrant pastries and tarts, tasty jams and chutneys, handmade chocolates, organic pork, vegetarian fare, freshly baked bread, seasonal game and smoked fish, plump olives, cakes, Kent cobnuts and much more. Shop til you drop, see if you won our fabulous raffle, then head for one of our three cosy country pubs for a well-deserved lunch. We hope to see you there!
