Come join our Blue Therapy evening and feel your stresses and challenges flow away on the board, and come away feeling relaxed, refreshed and happy – one of the core values of the Paddle Cabin.
Our evening retreat combines yoga and meditation on the board, a mindful paddle connecting you with nature and your surroundings, followed by a campfire back at the Paddle Cabin, with a calming herbal tea and nourishing snacks good for your soul. Open to all abilities and beginners, no paddle boarding or yoga or meditation experience is required, just an open mind and get ready to relax to our restorative evening, typically on a Friday night.
