Based on the belief that all are innocent until proven guilty and tried by jury, it is claimed our criminal justice system is the best in the world. Leading barrister John Cooper QC has worked on some of the most controversial recent cases, including the Deepcut Barracks deaths, the challenge to the government’s DUP deal and the Worboys Parole Board, and will offer a lively review of the current state of justice.
