Norbury Blue cheese made locally in the Surrey Hills. The milk comes from a farm-assured, closed herd of Friesian cows. Denbies Wine Estate is one of England's largest single estate vineyards, set in 265 acres of vines.
During the visit to Norbury Blue, you will learn about the cheese making process and experience first-hand, the opportunity to make cheese in the traditional way. This will include full involvement from 'cutting' the curds and whey to loading the moulds.

Denbies WSET wine expert will host your afternoon which will include instruction on wine styles, wine, and cheese pairing. The afternoon will conclude with a fun blind wine and cheese tasting, giving you the opportunity to put your newly gained knowledge to the test!
