Kent Constructing Excellence Event

By sharing our successes and learnings we can work to improve processes and performance across the construction industry in Kent.

Aside from the obvious Covid 19 pandemic implications, the construction industry is no stranger to crisis. Whether that be political issues like Brexit or a tragedy such as Grenfell which ultimately change the shape and focus of our efforts to drive the industry forwards. With constant growth in technology and evolving building standards, we can't just sit and wait for things to settle.

The Kent branch of Constructing Excellence continues to be collaboration focused. Through our wide and varied membership from all sectors of the industry, we are able to share knowledge and experience for the benefit of many.

Our chairperson Cheryl Causebrook hosts our events, supported by the rest of our cross sector committee.

At this event, we will be providing refreshments including breakfast rolls and welcoming guest speakers as well as round table and panel discussions.

As always, our meetings are relaxed, encouraging open conversation and the building of relationships.

This event will run until 10am and is to be followed at 10.30am by a meeting of the UK BIM Alliance Kent Group in the same venue, to which all are welcome to join.

The focus of the UKBIMA Kent Group is around Digital Construction and transformation solutions. Our aims are to understand knowledge gaps, providing support and guidance in delivering digital adoption and transformation in Kent. We offer rich informative discussions in an open forum, providing opportunities to demonstrate practical and established solutions through case studies and innovation.
