‘Making Memories’ Hodges Family Fundraiser

The Dog and Duck in Outwood are trying to raise £3000 to make a big difference to a young family who have had some devastating news. Matt Hodges, a regular and family friend of the pub, has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer called epithelioid sarcoma.
Despite several rounds of chemo and surgeries, heartbreakingly it has reached a stage where there are no more options. He has now been told by doctors it's time to make memories with his fiancee and two young sons aged just 4 and 1.

This is a family fun day fundraising event featuring an auction, raffle, kids activities and live music in the evening, all taking place in a fantastic country pub with large gardens and a new outdoor bar.
