Pentangle’s Jacqui McShee & Friends LIVE

'The Pentangle' was formed in 1967, inspired by 'Bert and John', a collaborative album by folk musicians Bert Jansch and John Renbourn later joined by vocalist Jacqui McShee, an established figure on the traditional circuit, who had been working with John for a year, appearing on his album 'Another Monday'. The lineup was completed by Danny Thompson and Terry Cox (drums), both of Alexis Korner's Blues Incorporated, in a quintet which would also embrace blues and jazz forms and produce massive hits enjoyed worldwide. With her friends Mike Piggott, Kevin Dempsey and Mike Chapman, Jacqui will perform Pentangle hits, including from the world-wide hit album ‘Basket of Light’.
