Print & Prosecco Evening – Rochester

After a complimentary glass of Prosecco in the award winning Cafe Nucleus, make your way up the grand stone staircase, winding round the palm tree that reaches right to the top. Look up to the atrium and take in the architecture and the hand moulded swallows that fly around the deep turquoise walls.

Carry on up and you'll find the newly restored Studio 7. This once dark room has been completely opened up and boasts huge leaded windows, an original fireplace and beautiful honey-coloured parquet flooring.

Come on in and take a seat. It's time for the workshop to begin.

You'll notice that the studio has an informal feel - there's a comfy Ercol chair, mohair cushions and rugs with some vintage touches and modern twists thrown in. This sets the scene perfectly for the workshop; we want you to feel relaxed and enjoy playing with print and experimenting with colour. After a short demonstration it's over to you to release your inner artist. (but don't worry we'll be on hand to guide and show you how to get the best out of your chosen printing technique) There's plenty of time for playing and chatting whilst you create lots of different prints to take home.
