Santa Specials at the Spa Valley Railway

Have a magical experience at the Spa Valley Railway this Christmas!
Take a ride on our Santa Specials for a festive memorable family day out this Christmas. Our impressive steam engine will take everyone on a picturesque journey through the Kent and Sussex countryside from Eridge to Tunbridge Wells and while on board all the children will receive a present from Father Christmas. Upon arrival at Tunbridge Wells West you will be able to disembark to visit Father Christmas again for photos with him in his sleigh!

Trains depart from Eridge Station 10:15, 12:45 or 15:15 on 30th November, 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd & 24th December.

Steam and Heritage Diesel train ride from Eridge to Tunbridge Wells West and return.
A visit from Father Christmas on board the train with a present for every child.
An opportunity to visit Santa's Grotto at Tunbridge Wells West for photos in his sleigh.

Looking to upgrade and travel in our premium carriages? Well on board our Santa Special train we have our two dining carriages (Coach B 'Kate' and Coach C) available for you to travel in at a slightly extra cost.

In addition to the Standard Santa Specials, the Premium Santa Special experience includes:

A snack box per person (not babies)
A Christmas cracker per person.
Travel in one of our Premium carriages from Eridge and return.
