Santa’s Lodge at Ashford Designer Outlet

At Santa’s Lodge, you will learn all about the big man in red himself, Santa! Where did he learn the twinkling tricks of the trade? What is the knack behind the signature ‘Ho-Ho-Ho’? How does he really get around the world in one night?

This festive season, Ashford Designer Outlet will open the doors to Santa’s Lodge from Saturday 2nd December. Step into the cosy cabin and meet the cheeky elves for some fun and games before settling down for story time.

The tickets for our Santa’s Workshop experience are £5 per child. All proceeds will be donated to our charity partner of the year, The British Heart Foundation.

Saturday 2nd December from 12pm to 5pm and will be open every Saturday and Sunday throughout December.

Monday 18th December until Sunday 24th December (Christmas Eve) , Santa's Lodge will be open from 12pm to 5pm every day.

SEND Sessions will be available from Saturday 2nd December through till Thursday 21st December.
These sessions are designed for children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), taking place in a quieter and calmer environment.
