The Orange Circus Band are a raucous, footstompin’, unique Americana/Celtic collective, with transatlantic roots in the UK and in Virginia, USA. Concentrating on original songs and updating traditional music taken from the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia blended with Celtic roots, The band produce original music that continues a historical musical lineage in a contemporary, fresh and exciting way, a wholly unique, fresh sound. You can expect wild playing, beautiful harmonies and boundless energy guaranteed to raise the roof, warm the heart and encourage the biggest of grins.

They released their first album in 2017, ‘We Make our Smiles’, recorded largely at Tilehouse Studios by Luke Oldfield (son of Mike Oldfield,) to critical acclaim - " I absolutely love it. The rooted crossroads of UK Country and traditional Folk." ~ Whispering Bob Harris, OBE, BBC 2 Country – and in 2018 released a second album ‘Let The Circus Take You’, both of which have sold out their initial pressings.

They put on a brilliantly entertaining show, their action packed and energetic set blends effortless three and four piece vocal harmonies with delicious and dexterous playing on instruments ranging from guitar, banjo, mandolin, violin and double bass, to produce a sound that is both entertaining and exhilarating.
