The Yoga Garden transition to Winter – Horsham

Honouring the transition to Winter - a Yin workshop Winter is a time for slowing down, being still and diving inwards. It's an opportunity for reflection and connecting to our own inner wisdom.In Chinese medicine Winter relates to the Water element, the Kidneys and Urinary Bladder. This workshop is to honour the Winter Solstice and prepare for this quiet inward time.

You can expect slow Yin Yoga for the Water element, journaling, acupressure self massage and a sound bath to finish.

The practice is for all levels.
