We are pleased to be hosting relaxing Sunday classes with Ruth from Weald Power Yoga again this year. Taking place once a month throughout the summer. Featuring a 60 minute flowing yoga class suitable for all ages and abilities, no previous experience necessary. Focusing on unwinding tight muscles in the neck, shoulders, and lower back and making space in body and mind, the perfect way to ease you into your Sunday and press the reset button before the week ahead.
