The boats are accessible by non-motorized wheelchairs.

Book a seat on a boat when you arrive in centre on the day of your visit to get your set departure time. Seats are by booking only at the admission desk for £3 per person.

Please note: if you previously booked a boat trip for a visit this autumn, your booking will be honoured under this new system. Those who have pre-booked their seat online will be on boats containing 4 passengers only, as those were the conditions at the time of booking. All other boats will carry a maximum of 6 passengers.

Pre-Covid we allowed 10-12 passengers per boat. For safety we are now operating at 50% of boat capacity and running the boats on a set and ticketed schedule, with no queues at the jetty.
