The Wonderful Wizard of Oz returns to Groombridge Place near Tunbridge Wells between 27 July and 11 August 2019.
With two live performances every day in the new outdoor forest theatre, a visit to Groombridge Place this summer will be a magical experience for all the family.
The brilliant West End cast will entertain visitors with their wonderful singing and dancing. Little ones will feel like they have been transported to the Land of Oz as they singalong with the characters from this classic children’s novel including Dorothy, The Tin Man, Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow and of course the Wicked Witch of the West!
There will be two 45-minute shows per day as well as cast walkabouts and the opportunity to take photos with these famous characters.
Admission includes the Wizard of Oz performances, daily birds of prey displays, the walled gardens and all the attractions in the Enchanted Forest from the thrilling ‘Tree Top Walkway’ to the giant tree and family nest swings, the amazing Board Walk with Zip Wire, rope swings and bridges and Crusoe’s World adventure area with all its rope bridges, walkways and fabulous new wooden ship for little pirates to explore.

Directions to Groombridge Place:
Groombridge Place is located in the village of Groombridge, 4 miles south-west of Tunbridge Wells on the B2110, which is just off the A264 Tunbridge Wells/ East Grinstead road – on the Kent and East Sussex county border.
By Road: From the M25: Exit at Junction 5 and head south on the A21. After 10 miles, exit at A26 signed Tunbridge Wells: then take A264 to East Grinstead and follow the signs to Groombridge village and Groombridge Place.
By Rail: London Charing Cross to Tunbridge Wells, then bus or taxi to Groombridge. Or take the Spa Valley Railway steam train from Tunbridge Wells West Station with a 10-minute walk the other end. Trains run at weekends and in school holidays.
